PraxiNote AI provides AI-powered medical transcription and clinical documentation services, including real-time audio transcription, clinical note generation, and EHR integration capabilities.
This Service is designed as a professional tool to assist licensed healthcare providers in clinical documentation. It is not intended to replace professional medical judgment.

PraxiNote AI is a documentation tool only. All AI-generated content must be reviewed, verified, and approved by qualified healthcare professionals before use in patient care.
No Medical Advice: The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the healthcare provider.
Accuracy Disclaimer: While our AI strives for accuracy, transcription and documentation may contain errors. Users must review and verify all content before finalizing clinical records.
Professional Judgment: Healthcare providers must exercise their professional judgment and expertise when using AI-generated documentation.
PraxiNote AI offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Your privacy and the security of patient data are paramount. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
PraxiNote AI operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA. We maintain appropriate safeguards for Protected Health Information (PHI) and comply with all applicable HIPAA requirements.
Audio recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days. Clinical documentation is retained according to your organization's policies and legal requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAXINOTE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Berlin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Berlin, Germany.
